Elim House accepts most credit and debit cards as well as cash & cheques. Please note that due to spiralling costs, those guests wishing to settle their accounts by credit card will, unfortunately, incur a surcharge of 3%. We apologise for this inconvenience

Terms and Conditions
All bookings must be paid for in full for the total number of nights booked. Cancellations will incur a minimum charge of 1 night's stay. No shows or cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Valid credit or debit card details are required to make a reservation.
Gleaston Watermill
This imposing water corn mill, with Gleaston Castle ruins as it's neighbour, has been part of the local traditions for hundreds of years. With the restored machinery operating most days, visitors can watch the timbered waterwheel send out it's diamond jets of water, before they enter into the Mill itself to view the massive wooden gears meshing so quietly yet so powerfully.

In an environment abounding with artifacts, you can imagine the miller and his son hard at work. Throughout the season there are opportunities to attend talks and tours, and even join archaeologists in the meadows for a further insight into the lifestyle of our predecessors.
